All of my cakes are baked to order using only the finest ingredients sourced as locally as possible. I only use Free Range eggs, real English butter, premium flours and fair trade sugars. Once baked my cakes are drizzled with a syrup to compliment the flavour of the sponge to ensure they are moist and full of flavour.
